COMPLETE. Leighton Properties in joint venture with LaSalle Investment Management are developing a medium density residential development in Erskineville, Sydney. COMPLETE. Leighton Properties with Qualitas Property Partners, Baron Corporation and Baracon have jointly developed the 294 apartment tower at 133 - 139 City Road in Melbourne's Southbank.

The Plus Architects designed tower is inspired by Melbourne's Arts Centre spire and Beijing's Birds Nest Olympic Stadium and features an exterior frame wrapped around the building.
