Mosaic Complete and Residents Move In
Cameron Binney 30 JUL 2014
Residents received personal tours of the complex and their apartments in the first three weeks of June and left with a bottle of Veuve Cliquot and a book on interiors by well-known designer Megan Morton, as a token of our appreciation and welcome to the building.
Boasting a central location in Fortitude Valley and easy CBD access, Mosaic takes advantage of Brisbane’s most sought-after style, entertainment and retail hub. Just eight minutes walk from the train station, three minutes drive to the CBD, and 15 minutes to the airport, Mosaic gives residents an active lifestyle, where they can spend less time commuting and more time enjoying life.
The rooftop terrace is a stunning feature of the apartment complex, providing amazing views and a communal barbeque area. The edible garden plots have proven popular with residents, who love the idea of still being able to connect with nature and a garden while living in a convenient, central, brand-new apartment.
Mosaic’s boutique hotel "Alpha Mosaic Hotel" is now open. The hotel is aiming for four stars and their restaurant will focus on
tasty, nutritious comfort food.
Sol Breads has recently signed a lease for retail tenancy on East Street and there has been strong interest from restaurants and retailer for the remaining retail tenancies.
